Every car that comes into stock goes through our three stage process before it is advertised for sale.

Paperwork Check

Before we buy a vehicle or accept a commission we check through the vehicles history file to establish that it has been well cared for and that the current keeper has clear title. We carry out a full HPI check confirm owners/engine and chassis numbers/previous registration numbers/insurance and finance status. This helps to ensure that there are no nasty surprises in the future.

Bodywork, Chassis, Trim Check

The structure, bodywork and interior of the vehicle is physically inspected and a report made, we then decide on how to best rectify any issues and protect the car for the future without destroying the cars integrity and value.

Mechanical check

This is carried out by our trained mechanics. We check the cars drive train, braking and suspension systems, electrical systems and cooling systems. Any deficiencies that we can see will cause a problem in the immediate future are rectified and the vehicle serviced up to date. We can provide invoices for all work that we carry out.

Extended Warranty

Over the years we have tried a number of insurance backed warranty products. The feedback that we have had from many customers is that they very rarely help when you really need them. With vehicles over 10 years old the hourly rate that they will pay for is very low and the maximum claim can be very low. They will also find any excuse to reject the claim however legitimate. If you want this piece of mind we are happy to talk through the options with you.

TVR Ecosse Promise

We will remedy any mechanical, structural or electrical fault that occurs within 3 months of your delivery date. This offer only excludes ware and tare items such as brakes, clutch, tyres and fluids and damage done by neglect, but there is no financial limit or paperwork to fill in. We sell our cars all over the UK, therefore if the vehicle can be fixed for £250 + VAT or less we are happy for you to get it fixed locally and send us the bill after we have agreed to such a remedy. For any issues that cost more than this, the car must be delivered back to us so that we can project manage the repair.

We will do everything possible to get the vehicle turned round as efficiently and professionally as possible.
